At Espon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent Return & Refund Policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

  • Certain products, such as innerwear, socks, and final-sale/clearance items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@espon.in within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return shipping details.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will reflect as per your bank/payment provider’s timelines.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@espon.in.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue for quicker resolution.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and vouchers.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items marked as final sale.
